Will the VIN token get unlocked on ERC-20 chain? Can I use erc-20 token on the chain?

No, tokens will never be unlocked on the ERC-20 chain. You will not able to use your tokens until you complete a SWAP. To accomplish this, you must first activate your VIN Wallet to have your tokens unlocked and ready to use.
